To provide you with the best service possible, and offer the greatest flexibility in booking your time, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required for any cancellations. If there is a failure to notify us of your cancellation or you simply do not show up, a cancellation fee may be charged, or in the case of a pre-paid booking the treatment will be forfeited.
